Hazel joined HornbyChapman at the start of 2010 and has several years search experience in investment banking across the UK, US, and Continental Europe. She has previous direct experience of working in both retail and investment banking, investment management and commodity futures broking for banks such as JPMorgan. As a search consultant she has been retained by a number of FTSE 100 and global financial companies to source senior level candidates and speaks French, Spanish, German and Portuguese. She has a BA in French and Spanish , the IMC and has been a registered representative with authority to trade a range of financial instruments.

Search areas: both on and offshore for all of the following; investment management,  corporate finance,  asset servicing, investment operations,  private equity, transformation, strategy, sales and marketing and risk.

In addition to working with Investment banks, she operates as a hiring advisor to specialist financial services businesses at international level. Hazel previously headed financial services for search firm Munro Consulting based in Scotland.

Her recruitment focus is typically from Director to MD/COO level in investment banks and to CEO level in smaller financial services organisations. She also has experience of hiring non-executive directors for Boards.
